• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Communications with our support team

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, features used, and session duration

3. How We Use Information

We use your personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

5. AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features (content generation, design suggestions, Deccie AI assistant), your input text may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing. We do not use your presentation content to train AI models. AI providers process data under strict data processing agreements and do not retain your content after processing.

We share personal data only with parties necessary to deliver the Service:

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you terminate your account:

• You may request a data export within 30 days of termination
• Account data is deleted within 90 days of termination
• Presentation files and assets are deleted within 90 days
• Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
